These Terms of Service ("Terms") dictate access to and utilization of **Dawago** ("Platform"), an online appointment booking, live voice/video consultation, and clinical chatbot management ecosystem. By accessing our platform or downloading the mobile application client, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1 Online Consultation Bookings
Patients can arrange virtual or clinic-based appointments with independent doctors listed on Dawago. The Platform is an intermediary provider. Dawago does not employ medical professionals directly, and we are not liable for medical advice or diagnostic opinions rendered by listed doctors.
2 Telehealth Call Guidelines & Responsibilities
When engaging in live video or voice consults, participants agree to follow these guidelines:
- Stable Connection: Users must ensure they have a stable internet connection and a compatible mobile device to participate in consult calls.
- Professional Conduct: Users must engage with medical specialists in a respectful, professional manner. Abusive behavior will lead to termination of service.
- Limitations: Telehealth calls are NOT intended for life-threatening medical emergencies. In an emergency, please contact local emergency medical services or visit a nearby hospital directly.
3 Cancellations & Appointment Refunds
Cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the following rules:
- Doctor Consultations: Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 2 hours before the scheduled slot for a full refund back to your wallet. Cancellations past this point or failure to join the call at the scheduled time are non-refundable.
4 Payments & Wallet Transactions
All wallet transactions are processed securely through certified gateways (such as Stripe, Razorpay, and PayPal). By checking out, you authorize Dawago to deduct the selected consultation fee from your wallet balance. Processing fees may apply as indicated during wallet funding.
5 Patient Account security
You are responsible for protecting access to your credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately. Dawago is not liable for data exposure resulting from shared passwords or compromised client devices.
6 Termination Guidelines
We reserve the right to suspend or block access to accounts that engage in fraudulent behavior, submit inaccurate credential information, or violate booking policies.
